The Coates Group is a prime mover behind the Hazchem Emergency Response Scheme which provides a single response system backed by the National Chemical Emergency Centre. This is a new innovation - and provides unrivalled peace of mind to our customers.
Our site at Stoke was purpose-built in 2001. It sits on freehold land, was designed and commissioned by a joint Firmin Coates - customer team and employs the highest specifications throughout from its FOSROC surface to advanced HVAC filtration. The highest quality needs real investment.
John Isherwood manages the group-wide quality system. He's backed by a dedicated DGSA and together they ensure full compliance to the standards - and a culture that supports the spirit, as well as the letter, of quality and safety.
